more disaster movies...

mom being so into disaster movies, got 3 more from amazon website today. wonder if they are good? Volcano, AfterShock, and, of course, the day after tomorrow....

lots accomplished

so we had, finally, our first 2-day weekend that dad and mom both did not need to work... oh well, or work from home.

so daddy finally remove the carpet for our future-family room. the doggie smell is all gone.

also, fish tank is finally cleaned...

also, they went to get a lot of DVDs that's on sale for 7.99 :D Twister, Godzilla, Dante's peak (mom's favorite), Deep Impact, ....

a relaxing saturday...

with the car in the shop, mom was left with no car today... so after having "enough" sleep, mom woke up... walked to crossroad mall - did some light grocery shopping ... and then, she got things to put up all the roses daddy gave her ...

it's always been tough to think how to "display" these flowers, and mom finally got the idea from auntie christine. but it really used a lot of flowers to make such a decoration - at least 4 dozens!

maybe daddy needs to get mommy more again ;)

a great dinner and ...

mommy needed to drop the car to uncle jacky for some fixes... so she got a ride from uncle nelson - and ended up having dinner with the family. they were having 'ma lark' hot pot. it was tasty ... esp with korean "fan see" and vancouver fish balls :D

cody, without seeing mommy for a long time , still remembered her. when he was watching gozilla and got scared, it was so sweet that he went to mommy and held her hands, and asked her to watch with him.. sweet...

and ... during the ride, by the way - they ran into some deers :)
